Sparked AU Hobart — Bridging Islands, Exploring Encounters

Mina Giang and Ryan Davis attended 2.5 days of Sparked AU events in Hobart. The programme opened with the Sparked Leadership Evening — Bridging Islands, Sparking Innovation — co-hosted with the Bluegum Health Transformation Team, before moving into two days of clinical and technical work exploring Encounters. Sessions covered Australia’s national digital health strategy, the AU Encounter Record and pharmacy’s expanded scope, and an international perspective on health records and AI from visiting scientist Prof Mark Braunstein.
