Co-founder Mina Giang has been recognised as a Sparked Community Bright Spark – Sparked’s recognition of members who actively participate in and support the development of national FHIR standards for Australian healthcare.

Sparked Community Bright Sparks are members of the Sparked Community who are actively participating in and supporting the program. The Bright Sparks, and the Sparked Community more broadly, are united by a shared commitment to transforming Australian healthcare through standards development and adoption.
Participation in Sparked offers individuals the opportunity to collaborate with over 1,300 registered participants – clinicians, clinical colleges, consumers, industry professionals, and government representatives. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and drives the development of national FHIR standards tailored to Australian healthcare needs.
The collective efforts of the Sparked Community have contributed to significant milestones, including the publication of the Australian Clinical Data for Interoperability (AUCDI), Australian eRequesting Data of Interoperability, and the AU Core FHIR Implementation Guide – reflecting the community’s dedication to developing and implementing FHIR standards.
